Hello!

My Story

Growing up in an international community in China, I cultivated a desire to help diverse groups of people by whatever means I was able. 

This desire to help has persisted throughout my professional experiences, from my internship at the National Organization for Women writing reports on gun control, to my time as social media associate for Health Security Partners, where I elevated organizational projects to curb toxin misuse. In these positions – along with my experience as an ESL teacher in Prague – I consistently used communication skills to better inform those around me about various subjects. It is this skill set – honed in diverse fields over time – that makes me successful as a journalist and communications professional.

Beyond these endeavors, I spend my time writing fiction, embroidering, singing, voice acting, and playing the ukulele.
